Parent Code of Conduct Policy 

Little Crickets Daycare is a loving, welcoming, inclusive environment that prioritises the well-being and development of every child in our care. As part of our commitment to creating a safe and nurturing community, we request that all parents and guardians adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
Respect and Courtesy: Treat all staff, children, and other parents with kindness, respect, and courtesy. We encourage open communication and collaboration to ensure the best experience for everyone involved.
Timeliness: Please arrive for drop-off and pick-up at the designated times. Punctuality ensures we are adhering to Ratios and helps maintain the smooth operation of our daycare avoiding unnecessary disruption to the children's routines.
Communication: Keep lines of communication open with daycare staff regarding your child's needs, concerns, and any changes in schedule or health status. Promptly inform us of any allergies, illnesses, or special requirements your child may have.  Please note, that we have a duty of care if you are not bringing in your child or going on holiday you should also inform us of this. 
Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of other families and staff members by maintaining confidentiality regarding personal information shared within the daycare community.
Compliance with Policies: Familiarise yourself with and adhere to all daycare policies.  These are published on our website. 
Participation: Engage actively in your child's daycare experience by attending parent-teacher meetings, volunteering for events or activities, and providing kind and helpful feedback to help us continually improve our services.
Settlement of accounts:  All parents/guardians must ensure that their accounts are settled in a timely manner.  Details of the process are posted on our website.

Little Crickets will not tolerate the following behaviour: 
Threatening, intimidating or aggressive behaviour towards any members of staff either in person, over the phone and via emails. 
The use of phones whilst on the safeguarded premises.
Discrimination or harassment of any kind based on race, gender, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
Violation of company policies regarding confidentiality and privacy.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol or other drugs whilst on the premises. 
Should any non-compliance occur, Little Crickets will make all endeavours to discuss and resolve the matter with the involved before any further action is taken.  If non-compliance persists Little Crickets reserves the right to suspend or cancel Registration.
